Working primarily with kiln fused glass, contemporary maker Dawn Turner designs art for homes, interiors and public spaces. Mixing her experience and expertise in glass with experimental methods in ceramics and print, Dawn combines a variety of techniques to produce a unique body of work. Fascinated by the scientific patterns and textures repeated in both nature and the manmade world, Dawn's work is often informed and inspired by its location. Her pieces are intended not only to decorate, but also to intrigue and engage the viewer. |
